have you ever

Have you ever had a dream, that you wanted to do, that you do you,
That you wanted it so bad you could do anything?
The thoughts we have and the thoughts we share are just that.
Unless you plan a course of action, and follow through on a realistic
approach, you are not entitled to believe that it your intention. You should try to understand the grander scale of which we are on. To give context to a specific type of trait training, I will use an example of anchor dropping: Some of us have thoughts that make us uncomfortable, while others have the awareness behind them revealing such a process, and then certain individuals who act on those processed thoughts without realizing There is another level. This would be not to feel at all about it, but if you can still tap into the part of the awareness of such a thought, without acting, try to think about how that became an idea in your head to begin with. It's easy if you try to visualize your thought. For instance, I was sitting in a room, waiting for a friend, and I started to think, "I wonder if they would do the same". Now, first the doubt starts from a connection your brain is making to the time you are spending on this certain activity. The mind has a task process in which is very easy to form into everyday regiments. Without realizing, you are expecting to do certain things to help your brain precognitively condition in that particular pedigree for which it is accustomed to. The dilemma is where it lies. Is it necessary? Do you have to do elsewhere? What happens on a daily basis that involves reward for doing essentially nothing? Has this person done something to you before to make you doubt their appearance or truthfulness in the information they provided you? We don't want to go down these rabbit holes because once you do, you will need to decide whether it may be all of these, none, or some. To help expedite the process, always look within. Though maybe considerable that there are external forces influencing your thought patterns, that isn't going to help you now.
Everything you read is a technical brain wash, and the deed is done.
You must decide your path from that point, believe in it the day it was initially incepted into your mind, or don't. To keep your thoughts in a superposition like state create uncertainty in your decisions by giving these thoughts that irrational merit, and it makes you ignore the fact that the sun will rise again. The grass will grow green again. To hold onto a thought and not drop your anchor to cascade it in its action, is the lack of an option. It is self imposed human suffering. These are basic on the surface breakdowns of scenarios that some may have already conquered and mastered by adolescents, while others are in the process of this breakdown, and some who just don't sense these DSM certifiable in various categorical thoughts. However, dropping an anchor is what separates us from uncontrollable urges and actions that have dire and immediate consequences for yourself and others. The stress is on the longevity of this from occurring. If it were not a main factor, we would be considered suicidal for eating fast-food, processed meat (google what's in a slim jim), or smoking and drinking. Even soda. The idea should be only be stressed on negative thoughts, try to use the same process to help your positive thoughts grow outside the expectation you feel you need, and see where it goes.
